Royal Enfield Malaysia has expanded its adventure motorcycle lineup with the launch of the Royal Enfield Himalayan Mana Black Edition, priced at RM32,700.
The price excludes road tax, insurance and registration. Every Royal Enfield motorcycle sold in Malaysia is backed by a three-year unlimited mileage warranty and three years of roadside assistance.
Inspired by Mana Pass, one of the world’s highest motorable mountain passes at an altitude of 5,632 metres, the Himalayan Mana Black Edition features a distinctive Stealth Black paint scheme with matte detailing, giving the adventure motorcycle a more rugged and premium appearance.

Unlike the standard model, the Mana Black Edition comes equipped with several factory-fitted Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA), including Black Rally hand guards, a Black Rally seat, a Rally front mudguard, and tubeless spoked wheels, enhancing both its off-road capability and touring practicality.
Commenting on the launch, Rewi Hamid Bugo, Chairman of Didi Group Malaysia, said the Himalayan has become a popular choice among Malaysian adventure riders thanks to its versatility and all-terrain capability.
“The Himalayan has become a favourite among Malaysian adventure riders for its versatility and capability. With the new Mana Black, we’re introducing an adventure-ready edition that combines bold styling, factory-fitted accessories, and proven performance, making it the perfect companion for every journey,” he said.

Meanwhile, Manoj Gajarlawar, Business Head for Asia Pacific Markets at Royal Enfield, described the Himalayan as one of the brand’s most versatile motorcycles, designed to perform in unpredictable terrain and weather conditions.
He added that the model has built a strong following among Malaysian adventure riders and expressed confidence that the new Mana Black Edition would appeal to customers looking for a more distinctive and premium variant.
Mechanically, the Himalayan Mana Black Edition remains unchanged. It is powered by Royal Enfield’s 452cc liquid-cooled Sherpa 450 single-cylinder engine featuring a ride-by-wire throttle system. The engine produces 40 hp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox equipped with a slip-and-assist clutch.

Suspension consists of 43 mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock, both offering 200 mm of wheel travel to tackle challenging off-road terrain. Braking is handled by hydraulic disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS fitted as standard.
The Himalayan rides on a 21-inch front wheel wrapped in a 90/90 tyre and a 17-inch rear wheel fitted with a 140/80 tyre. Seat height is adjustable between 825 mm and 845 mm, while kerb weight is listed at 196 kg. Fuel capacity stands at 17 litres, making it suitable for long-distance adventure touring.
With its exclusive styling, factory-installed accessories and proven Sherpa 450 platform, the Royal Enfield Himalayan Mana Black Edition offers Malaysian adventure riders a more premium option straight from the showroom without the need for additional aftermarket upgrades.
