Limited to 999 units worldwide, the collector’s X300 Casa sells out locally on launch day as Lambretta sets a new ASEAN scooter riding record.

Alongside the debut of the Thunder Motorcycles LS250-S at the Sepang International Circuit recently, Lambretta has also unveiled the Lambretta X300 Casa for the Malaysian market. The exclusive model was officially launched by Bike Continent Sdn Bhd, the authorised distributor of Lambretta motorcycles in Malaysia.

The X300 Casa is a strictly limited production model, capped at just 999 units worldwide, making it one of the most exclusive Lambretta scooters ever offered. Developed in collaboration with the legendary Casa Lambretta Racing Team, the model embodies the authentic “Racing Spirit of Lambretta” through a series of unique design and performance upgrades.

Among its standout features is the signature ‘47’ racing plate, paying homage to Lambretta’s founding year in 1947, along with carbon-fiber aerodynamic components, premium two-tone paint finishes, and a production number plate that reinforces its collector status.

Demand for the X300 Casa in Malaysia has been overwhelming. All units that arrived locally have already been sold, with interested buyers now only able to negotiate directly with existing owners. According to sources, the highest offer received so far has reached RM48,000, underlining the scooter’s strong collector appeal.

A ceremonial highlight of the launch event was the delivery of 68 units of the Lambretta X300 Casa Limited Edition to owners in a racing-inspired presentation at Sepang. The event also marked a historic milestone for Lambretta Malaysia, as the brand achieved a new ASEAN and Asia record.

In collaboration with Petronas Sepang International Circuit, Lambretta Malaysia successfully organised the largest brand-organised scooter members’ fun ride ever held on a Formula 1–grade circuit, with 818 registered participants taking part.

Lambretta X300 Casa

The “Casa” name originates from Casa Lambretta, also known as the House of Lambretta, which serves as the brand’s official modification, tuning, and racing arm. The X300 Casa is based on the standard X300 platform, enhanced with a range of exclusive upgrades.

These include a carbon-fiber aero kit featuring a headlight wind deflector, front spoiler, and suspension arm protector, as well as racing-inspired graphics with embossed logos, sports seats, individual production number plates, and Pirelli Angel Scooter tyres.

Lambretta X300 Casa

Powering the X300 Casa is Lambretta’s 275cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, paired with a CVT automatic transmission. The engine produces 25.1 hp at 8,250 rpm and 24.5 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm, with fuel supplied by a 7.5-litre tank.

Additional features include a TFT instrument display, front and rear disc brakes, dual shock absorbers, ABS, and 12-inch wheels fitted with 120/70 front and 130/70 rear tyres.

With its sold-out status, record-breaking launch event, and strong resale demand, the Lambretta X300 Casa has firmly established itself as one of the most desirable and exclusive scooters ever introduced to the Malaysian market.
