Malaysia’s home-grown motorcycle brand Aveta has launched its Preferred Dealers’ Program. It is a nationwide initiative that enhances customer experience, strengthens dealer partnerships, and drives the company’s next phase of growth. The launch follows the recent opening of the Aveta Elite Centre earlier this month. Thus, marking another major step in Aveta’s mission to expand its presence and elevate service excellence across the country.

The new program lays the foundation for Aveta’s ambitious 2026 growth strategy. It has plans to double sales performance year-on-year and expand its footprint in East Malaysia. Backed by a rapidly growing market presence and strong sales momentum, which have already doubled in 2025, Aveta is investing heavily in dealer infrastructure, training, and aftersales capabilities to deliver greater accessibility and more dependable service to riders nationwide.

At the heart of the program is a tiered dealer structure. It introduces two new categories, Preferred Dealers and Preferred Plus Dealers, complemented by the Elite Centre flagship model.

This structure ensures customers enjoy a consistent, worry-free ownership experience while building a professional, service-oriented dealer ecosystem that supports long-term growth.

According to Steven Lim, Group Managing Director of Aveta Malaysia, the program represents the company’s renewed focus on quality and customer satisfaction. He noted that Malaysia’s motorcycle market has rebounded strongly in recent years. Sales surpassed 720,000 units in 2022 and are projected to grow at a 3.5% CAGR through 2030.

Under the new structure:

  • Preferred Dealers will focus on Aveta’s core models, offering products tailored to specific market segments and rider needs.
  • Preferred Plus Dealers will operate certified Aveta Service Centres staffed with trained technicians and equipped with specialised tools supplied by Aveta.
  • The Elite Centre, Aveta’s flagship outlet, will serve as a one-stop hub. It offers sales, service, and parts support, showcasing the brand’s full product range and premium customer experience.

Both the Elite Centre and Preferred Plus Dealers will also gain access to exclusive Aveta models, recognising their strategic role within the brand’s expanding distribution network.

For customers, the Preferred Dealers’ Program promises a more rewarding and reliable ownership experience. Standardised service protocols, enhanced after-sales support, and consistent care across all outlets will ensure that riders enjoy a unified and professional Aveta experience, whether in Peninsular or East Malaysia.

With East Malaysia being Aveta’s strongest region, the company is prioritising wider service coverage and customer accessibility in Sabah and Sarawak. The opening of the first Elite Centre in Sabah represents a milestone in this effort, bringing premium sales and after-sales experiences closer to local riders.

As Aveta looks ahead to 2026, the Preferred Dealers’ Program stands as a cornerstone of its growth strategy. It combines customer-centric innovation, dealer collaboration, and a clear vision of excellence for Malaysia’s evolving motorcycle market.
