DIDI Group has officially launched the Vespa Sprint Tech 150 2025 at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 (MAS 2025), held at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) in Selangor.

This latest addition marks the fourth variant in the Sprint lineup, following the standard Sprint, Sprint S, and Sprint S TFT models. The Vespa Sprint Tech 150 enters the Malaysian market at RM22,900, excluding insurance, and brings a host of updated features tailored to urban riders seeking style and convenience.

Powering the scooter is Vespa’s trusted 155 cc i-GET single-cylinder engine, delivering 12 hp at 7,250 rpm and 12.7 Nm of torque at 5,750 rpm. The fuel-injected, air-cooled unit is paired with an 8-litre fuel tank, ensuring practicality for daily commutes.

The Sprint Tech 150 rides on 12-inch alloy wheels, suspended by hydraulic shock absorbers, a single-arm unit at the front and a mono shock at the rear. Braking is managed by a front disc brake with ABS and a rear drum brake, offering balanced stopping power for city conditions.

Tech enhancements headline this variant, including LED lighting, a USB charging port, and a new keyless entry system, exclusive to the Sprint Tech. The smart key allows the rider to lock, unlock, and start the scooter without removing the key fob.

Additional buttons on the remote key enable underseat storage access and activate the Bike Finder function, which flashes the indicators to help locate the scooter in crowded areas.

Owners can further personalise their Sprint Tech with accessories from Vespa’s extensive catalogue, enhancing both style and functionality.

The Vespa Sprint Tech 150 2025 reaffirms the Italian marque’s commitment to blending timeless design with cutting-edge technology, a premium choice for riders looking to stand out on the streets.
