KTM has revealed the 2025 390 Adventure R at the EICMA show in Milan, Italy. This new model now leads KTM’s 390 Adventure series. It blends style, performance, and cutting-edge features to handle tough terrains and demanding rides.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R sports KTM’s signature rally-inspired orange and white color scheme. Its new vertically-stacked projector LED headlight enhances visibility at night or in low light. A taller windscreen improves wind deflection, making long rides more comfortable. Knuckle guards add protection from debris, which is ideal for rough trails.

The raised front fender and streamlined tail section offer a sleek, minimalistic look. The long, single-piece seat is designed for comfort on extended rides.

A 399-cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine powers the 390 Adventure R. KTM hasn’t released exact power figures yet, but it’s expected to produce 45.3 bhp and 39 Nm of torque. This increase in capacity provides more power for rough and rugged trails.

The bike’s steel trellis frame balances agility with stability for better handling. Its suspension includes fully adjustable WP Apex forks in the front and a preload-adjustable monoshock in the rear. A redesigned gravity-cast swingarm increases durability. The bike’s 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wire-spoke wheels are ideal for handling rough terrain. Disc brakes on both ends deliver reliable stopping power for safe rides.

The 390 Adventure R also boasts several high-tech features. A 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth lets riders access GPS, calls, and music. Switchable ABS, including cornering ABS, adds flexibility and security on various terrains. Traction control and cruise control make both road and off-road rides smoother.

KTM has not announced official pricing or availability for the 2025 390 Adventure R. However, fans eagerly await details for this advanced, capable bike.

This model competes with the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 in the adventure segment. KTM’s upgrades give it a strong edge in mid-sized adventure bikes.

In addition to the 390 Adventure R, KTM also launched the 390 Enduro R and 390 SMC at EICMA. Each model adds to KTM’s impressive lineup, providing unique features for different rider needs.

The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R blends power, technology, and a rugged design, making it perfect for adventure riders. It offers a thrilling experience on both roads and trails, meeting the high standards of serious bikers.
