KTM Unveils New Colors for 200 Duke and 250 Duke in India

KTM has launched new colour options for the 200 Duke and 250 Duke, including Atlantic Blue for the 250 Duke and Dark Galvano for the 200 Duke, with no change in prices.

KTM has unveiled a fresh palette of colours for its popular motorcycle models, the 200 Duke and the 250 Duke, enhancing their visual appeal while maintaining their current pricing. The new colours aim to attract a wider audience by offering more customization options. This reinforces KTM’s commitment to delivering stylish, high-performance bikes to the market.

The 250 Duke, which made its debut in the Indian market last year, now boasts an elegant Atlantic Blue shade. This new colour is reminiscent of the aesthetic evident in its more powerful sibling, the 390 Duke. It adds a touch of sophistication and modernity to the bike’s aggressive styling.

Meanwhile, the 200 Duke has received two new colour updates. It is now available in a striking Dark Galvano colour, which provides a sleek and understated look. Additionally, the Electronic Orange colour scheme has been revised to incorporate shades of blue. It creates a vibrant and dynamic appearance that is sure to turn heads.

Despite these updates, KTM has retained the existing pricing structure. The 200 Duke continues to be sold at Rs 1.98 lakh (ex-showroom), and the 250 Duke at Rs 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom). This decision underscores KTM’s commitment to providing value without compromising on style or performance.

Sumeet Narang, President (Probiking) at Bajaj Auto Ltd, expressed his enthusiasm about the new offerings, stating. “KTM DUKE represents the pinnacle of engineering, ahead of its class, crafted to unleash the rider’s true potential. Built with a READY TO RACE ethos, their youthful spirit is undeniable. A perfect marriage of exhilarating power, razor-sharp control, and a design that commands attention, the new colour variants embody a youthful audacity. We have added new colourways providing multiple choices that align seamlessly with the aspirations of an entirely new generation of riders.”

Both motorcycles continue to offer robust performance capabilities. The 200 Duke houses a 199.5 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. It is capable of generating 25 bhp and 19.5 Nm of torque. The 250 Duke, on the other hand, features a 249 cc powertrain that delivers 30 bhp and 25 Nm of torque. Both models feature a 6-speed gearbox, ensuring a smooth and responsive riding experience.

The new colour schemes enhance the aesthetic appeal of the KTM Duke series. They align with the brand’s strategy to cater to younger riders who value both performance and style. These updates help KTM solidify its position in the market, offering motorcycles that are technically advanced and visually captivating.
