It was a tough weekend for national riders Hakim Danish and Danial Syahmi at the Ciudad Del Motor De Aragon.

Hakim Danish managed to get 21st place in Race 1 of the European Talent Cup before improving to 18th place in Race 2. Hakim is now in 17th place with a total of 14 points.

“In Race 1, I started from P9 and finished the race in P21. I wasn’t happy with my Race 1 result as I was at the back of the group. However, I tried to keep pushing forward, but I didn’t have the pace, and I made several mistakes.

In Race 2, I started from P20 because in Race 1, many riders were given penalties. I started from my initial grid position, which is P20 and finished the race in P18. I managed to improve significantly from Race 1, but it’s still not the result I wanted. So, I need to keep working hard and continue to improve myself for the final round in Valencia.”

On the other hand, Danial claimed 15th place in the JuniorGP. Danial is now in 20th place with a total of 20 points.

”For the race at Aragon today, I started from P27 and finished the race in P15, securing 1 point in the race. The result today was unsatisfactory for both myself and the team because we started this week strong, but due to a mistake I made, I had to start the race from the back and take a Long Lap Penalty.

This made it difficult for me to catch up with the riders in the front group. I have given my best, and I want to thank my team, sponsors, and especially my family, who have been praying for me. I will not repeat this mistake in the next race, and I will give my best in Valencia.”
