The Yamaha GT150 Fazer is now available in the Chinese market with a base selling price of CNY13,390 (RM8,398).
Featuring a retro design, the GT150 Fazer does not come with modern specifications like other Yamaha models including the MT-15 and XSR155. However, this model meets the demand of many who want a motorcycle that is easy to maintain and affordable.
As a result, the bike features a 149cc SOHC air-cooled engine. It is capable of producing 12hp at 7,500rpm and 12.4Nm at 6,000rpm.
Engine power is sent to the rear tires through a 5-speed manual transmission.
Other features on offer include 18-inch rims with 90/90 front and 100/80 rear tyres, telescopic forks and twin rear shock absorbers and a 12L tank. The braking component is present through a single front and rear brake disc.
Despite being retro, this GT150 Fazer still features a modern LCD meter panel and 12v socket.
