Moto Morini X-Cape 650 ADV-R 2023 unveiled in Italy

The all-new Moto Morini X-Cape 650 ADV-R 2023 is the manufacturer’s latest variant of the X-Cape 650 model.

Italian brand Moto Morini motorcycles are marketed in Malaysia through its official distributor, MForce Bike Holdings. For the local market, Moto Morini is now offering the X-Cape 650 which is a mid-range ADV motorcycle.

However, Moto Morini has recently introduced another variant to the X-Cape 650 model, which is the X-Cape 650 ADV-R.

As of now, the X-Cape ADV-R is still a concept model but there is no denying that the manufacturer will begin the production stage of the model soon.

Compared to the X-Cape 650 and X-Cape 650 X, both of which offer the ability to be a ‘touring’ machine with the ability to travel lightly ‘off-road’, the ADV-R version is Moto Morini’s answer as a real ‘off-road’ motorcycle.

Moto Morini has based the X-Cape ADV-R on the X-Cape 650 model. However, the model comes with a number of upgrades. This includes an engine guard, a higher seat, ‘off-road’ tires and an SC-Project exhaust.

The bike also features upgrades such as a new body panel design that works to protect the rider, a ‘bash plate’, and a brake disc protector.

According to Moto Morini, the concept model also offers a Garmin navigation system.

For the record, the Moto Morini X-Cape 650 features a 649cc parallel-twin engine. It is capable of producing 60hp at 8,250rpm and 56Nm at 7,000rpm.
