The local kapcai motorcycle market now welcomes another newcomer through the Aveta SVR180.
Appearing as a ‘supermoped’ motorcycle, the Aveta SVR180 will compete with other ‘supermopeds’ including the SYM VF3i and Yamaha Y16ZR.
For the record, this SVR180 is powered by a single cylinder 175cc DOHC engine with liquid cooling and electronic fuel injection (EFI) capable of generating 16.8hp and 15.5Nm at 8,500rpm. Power is then channelled to the rear tires with a 6-speed transmission.
According to Aveta, the used engine also meets the Euro 4 standard in addition to being equipped with a full digital meter and a USB charging port. The Aveta SVR180 also comes with LED headlights.
Other notable features include a 7L tank, telescopic front fork and it weighs 125kg.
According to the company, this SVR180 can be found at official distributors nationwide for a price of RM9,998 starting today (July 25).
