HLYM announces new colour and graphic updates for the 2021 Yamaha Ego Avantiz in Malaysia. Here are the details!

Following the colour update for the 2021 Yamaha YZF-R15, Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Malaysia has just announced the colour and graphic updates for the 2021 Yamaha Ego Avantiz scooter. The model now comes in three sporty colour options, Blue, Red and Matte Green with distinct graphic decals to match. Besides the colour and graphic updates, the specifications of the Ego Avantiz remains unchanged for 2021.


Speaking of the bike, the Yamaha Ego Avantiz is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine which comes equipped with Yamaha’s Blue Core technology. Mated to an automatic transmission, the 2021 Yamaha Ego Avantiz pushes 9.38hp @8,000 rpm and a peak torque of 9.6 Nm@ 5,500 rpm.

Suspension duties are taken care of by telescopic front fork and swingarm-mounted mono-shock at the rear. Braking is done via hydraulic disc brakes upfront and drum brakes at the rear. As for electronics and rider aids, the 2021 Yamaha Ego Avantiz comes with; an aggressive LED headlight unit, a stylish taillamp, a large 14-litre under-seat storage compartment, safety parking lock system and a newly designed instrument cluster with an inbuilt ECO indicator.


Price and availability

The recommended selling price of the 2021 Yamaha Ego Avantiz remains unchanged at RM4,873.31 [with 0% excise duty and excluding insurance and registration fee]. If you are interested, the 2021 Yamaha Ego Avantiz is already available at Yamaha dealers.
