All you need to know about the new HyperDrive right here!

HyperDrive

Damon Motorcycles HyperDrive

Just last week,Damon Motorcycles launched its new HyperDrive, the world’s first 100% electric, multi-variant drive. When it comes to safer and smarter roads, Damon does the trick with the idea of reimagining light mobility. One can build protection with sufficient space.

A disruptive technology is the core vision of Damon Motorcycles to increase motorcycle safety. HyperDrive can make congestion easier for riders and leads to smarter roads. HyperDrive is the world’s first monocoque-constructed, all-electric multi-variant powertrain. The High-Energy Pack Design is structural, battery capable power plant and is the cornerstone of future, innovative and exciting motorcycles.

Its form factor is integral to its quality performance increase of the HyperSport. It has an aerodynamic design and rigorous wind-tunnel testing. Due to this, the HyperDrive delivers extra speed, acceleration and range like you have never seen before.

Catering to light mobility, its slim design is to thank. The pack’s cell count, orientation & layout, heat dissipation materials, liquid-cooling performance, and material selection are engineered to create the slimmest possible battery, without compromising energy density or output.

According to Damon Motorcycles, HyperDrive acts as a structural component of the motorcycle itself. This will reduce its weight further. The battery enclosure optimises weight distribution for high-speed stability & handling. It is also the load-bearing frame of the motorcycle. It requires a home connectivity for the vehicle (V2H). Riders will never need to worry about power backup. All Damon motorcycles are capable of inverting up to 6.6 kW into the home.

Bi-directional charging can be controlled and scheduled remotely via the Damon App.

“As we at Damon continue to reinvent two-wheel mobility, HyperDrive™ lies at the heart of our innovation. HyperDrive™ serves as the nucleus of our creations and will allow us to further evolve our technology and continue to introduce the world’s most exciting and groundbreaking electric motorcycles.”

– Jay Giraud, CEO & Co-Founder of Damon Motorcycles
