Motorcycle apparel brand RST Motorcycle Apparel has introduced a new line of riding gear featuring advanced protection from D3O impact armor. The latest collection integrates CE-certified D3O protection into key impact areas such as the shoulders, elbows, knees, and hips, giving riders improved safety without sacrificing comfort or flexibility.

D3O’s intelligent material technology sets it apart. Under normal movement, the armor stays soft and flexible, allowing riders to move freely. However, upon impact it instantly hardens, absorbing and dispersing energy to reduce injury risks.

The new lineup covers several riding categories, including sport, touring, and adventure gear. By combining its performance-focused designs with D3O’s protective materials, RST aims to offer riders gear that balances safety, comfort, and everyday usability.

In addition to the new apparel, RST will also offer D3O armor as an aftermarket upgrade. Riders will be able to replace existing protectors with D3O inserts, boosting protection levels from CE Level 1 to Level 2 in many cases.
