Moto Morini is stepping boldly into Malaysia’s booming adventure-touring segment with the arrival of three new models: the ALLTRHIKE 450, the X-CAPE 700, and the flagship X-CAPE 1200. Although the official launch event took place at the White Swan Hotel in China, the announcement signals the brand’s clear intention to cement its presence in Southeast Asia through its Malaysian distributor, Mforce.
A New Chapter for an Old Name
Moto Morini has been rebuilding its global momentum over the past few years. This trio of touring-focused motorcycles shows exactly how serious the Italian manufacturer is about riders who want capability, comfort, and long-distance performance.
ALLTRHIKE 450 – The Lightweight Explorer
The ALLTRHIKE 450 is the most accessible model of the trio. It is designed for riders who want a compact and willing machine that can travel far beyond the outskirts of the city. It runs on a 449.5cc twin-cylinder engine delivering 44.2hp and 44Nm. This gives it enough muscle for daily use and weekend adventures. The steel trellis frame, Kayaba suspension, and 21/17-inch wheel setup give it true off-road intent. On the other hand, the six-inch vertical TFT screen, LED lighting, and dual-channel ABS bring modern functionality.
In Malaysia, it arrives at RM28,888, offered in Black or Green.
X-CAPE 700 – Middleweight Muscle, Touring Attitude

Sitting in the sweet spot of the lineup is the X-CAPE 700. It is a motorcycle that leans toward riders who want one machine that can comfortably do both highway miles and light dirt exploration. Its 693cc parallel-twin pushes out 73.7hp and 68Nm, paired with suspension from Marzocchi and Kayaba. Brembo brakes, a large seven-inch TFT display, an adjustable windscreen, and proper handguards give it a premium touring feel.
Malaysian buyers will appreciate the value-added kit: it comes with three aluminium touring cases as standard. Price tag is RM33,888, available in Red or Black.
X-CAPE 1200 – The New Flagship Arrives

The arrival of the X-CAPE 1200 signals Moto Morini’s ambition to take on established big-bore adventure machines. This model carries a 1187cc V-twin producing 129hp and 106Nm. It is paired to a six-speed gearbox and a bidirectional quickshifter for seamless acceleration on long tours.
Its equipment list reads like something from a high-end European rival. It features cornering ABS, cornering traction control, a seven-inch TFT display, radar-assisted cruise control, cornering lights, and even a front-facing dashcam for added safety and recording.
Suspension comes from Marzocchi, while braking is by Brembo callipers gripping twin 320mm discs up front. Malaysian pricing lands at RM49,888, in Red or Black.
Strengthening the Malaysian Touring Scene
All three models will be available through Mforce’s nationwide network of authorised dealers. With the combination of Italian styling, modern technology, and competitive pricing, Moto Morini’s new lineup is sure to shake up the adventure-touring segment. This is especially for riders looking for something different from the usual Japanese and European offerings.
The Malaysian market has become a hotbed for middleweight and big-bore touring motorcycles. Moto Morini’s entry reflects just how quickly the segment is evolving. With three distinct options targeting three types of riders, the brand is positioning itself as a serious contender across the board.
