iMotorbike has launched a subscription-based motorcycle repair service called Express Repair, offering on-site assistance and hotline support exclusively to customers who have purchased or traded in their bikes via iMotorbike. For only RM 99 a year, riders get unlimited minor mechanical labor, telephone troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics.
The service covers common issues like tire punctures, battery jump-starts, chain tightening, brake checks, and wiring problems, labor only, parts not included. It’s available daily from 10:00 AM to midnight, and the coverage area stretches within 50 km of iMotorbike’s Glenmarie showroom.
Payments must be cashless (DuitNow, GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet or instant bank transfer), and the subscription is non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from activation. For riders who didn’t subscribe, they can still access a one-time rescue service for RM 49 per incident, although the same limitations apply.
This service is part of iMotorbike’s broader after-sales ecosystem, complementing their existing inspection centres, some of which are located at Shell stations.
