Ahead of India’s inaugural MotoGP race at Buddh International Circuit, Honda’s special edition bikes are poised to captivate Indian roads. The limited-edition Repsol models will be available at Honda Red Wing dealerships across the country.

Repsol Editions may lack mechanical changes, but they deliver a powerful aesthetic impact, enhancing their visual appeal significantly.

Hornet 2.0 and Dio 125 flaunt eye-catching Ross White and Vibrant Orange dual-tone designs with iconic Repsol racing stripes.

Let’s take a closer look at what these special edition models have to offer:

Honda Hornet 2.0 Repsol Edition:

Beneath its exterior, the Hornet 2.0 houses the familiar 184.4cc PGM-Fi air-cooled single-cylinder engine, unchanged from the standard model.

This powerplant churns out 12.70kW of power and 15.19 Nm of peak torque, delivering an exhilarating riding experience.

The engine is coupled with a 5-speed gearbox and a new assist slipper clutch, enhancing gear shifts and overall control.

The motorcycle offers features like LED lights, X-shaped LED tail lamp, split seat, and customizable digital console for enhanced functionality. With these features, the Hornet 2.0 Repsol Edition seamlessly blends style and performance.

Honda Dio 125 Repsol Edition:

The Dio 125 delivers a robust performance, 6.09 kW of power and 10.4 Nm of torque for an exhilarating ride.

Equipped with an underbone frame, Dio 125 offers a choice between telescopic fork or mono-shock suspension, ensuring a comfortable ride.

The scooter boasts a ground clearance of 171mm, making it adept at handling varied road conditions. Safety is a priority with the inclusion of the Combi-Brake System (CBS) with an equalizer.

The Dio 125 boasts Honda’s Smart Key system and a fully digital console, enhancing convenience and the riding experience.

Speaking about these exciting new offerings, Mr. Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, expressed his enthusiasm, saying,

“Racing is the heart of Honda. MotoGP, the pinnacle of motorcycle racing, makes its historic debut in India, sparking tremendous excitement among Indian fans.

To further amplify their excitement, we have launched the 2023 Repsol Editions of Hornet 2.0 and Dio 125. We wish the upcoming BharatGP to be a great success.”

Honda and Scooter India satisfies the fervor of motorcycle enthusiasts, providing a MotoGP-inspired style with the 2023 Repsol Editions. These limited-edition models are bound to turn heads and make a mark on the Indian biking landscape.
