Finnish motorcycle manufacturer Verge has launched a high-performance electric motorcycle called the TS Ultra.
The company revealed the Verge TS Ultra to the public through the company’s social media page yesterday and quickly stole the spotlight with its impressive power figures and ‘hubless’ type tires. This indirectly positions the Verge motorcycle as a new innovation of high-powered electric motorcycles.
This model is capable of generating up to 201hp and 1200Nm.
According to the Verge, the TS Ultra also offers the highest range to date when it can go as far as 275km per full charge. The Verge also claims that the model can reach a maximum speed of around 200km/h.
With the help of a fast battery charging system, the bike only needs 25 minutes to be fully charged.
Due to its premium features, the TS Ultra comes with a high price tag of EUR44,900 (RM210k). This places the electric motorcycle on par with Ducati’s ‘flagship’ machinery including the new Panigale V4.
For the record, there are two other variants currently available for the Verge TS. The Standard variant offers 107hp and 700Nm while the TS Pro comes with 136hp and 1,000Nm.
