Motorcycle helmet manufacturer, Hong Jin-Crown Corp (HJC) has expanded its range of helmet models for the global market through the launch of the HJC RPHA 31.
Using PIM (Premium Integrated Matrix) shell technology, the HJC RPHA 31 is a jet-type helmet perfect for daily use, especially for scooter users in urban areas.
The front visor offers comprehensive face protection but still offers good room for ventilation. According to HJC, the visor is anti-UV and coated with an anti-scratch material. This makes it not only durable but it also protects the face from the sun’s heat.
Interestingly, the visor has anti-fog features with a Pinlock lens. Like other ‘jet’ models, this RPHA 31 also comes with a ‘sun visor’. There are two main air vents on offer including a heat exit vent located at the rear.
The inner pad is completely removable and washable. The entire inner pad is also coated with an anti-bacterial material.
In terms of safety, the helmet meets the latest ECE R22.06 standard. HJC has built the helmet using composite fibre materials that are both durable and strong.
For the European market, the RPHA 31 is available at a price of EUR429.90 (RM2.1k).
