Royal Enfield has long been a name synonymous with classic motorcycling, but in recent years, the brand has surged into the modern spotlight, not just through innovation, but through its incredible collaborations with custom builders. One of the most exciting recent creations to emerge from such a partnership is the JetStream, a jaw-dropping custom cafe racer built by none other than Rajputana Customs.
Known for their bold and intricate custom builds, Rajputana Customs teamed up with Royal Enfield to reimagine the Shotgun 650. The result? A one-off masterpiece that pushes creative boundaries while celebrating the sheer power and potential of the Royal Enfield platform. Vijay Singh and his Jaipur-based team went all out, handcrafting nearly every part of the motorcycle from scratch.
At the core of this build is Royal Enfield’s iconic parallel-twin engine, a solid, torquey heart that powers the JetStream with character. But it’s what surrounds the engine that steals the show. Gone is the stock frame. In its place, a fully custom twin-tube perimeter frame that wraps tightly around the engine, giving the bike a low, streamlined stance. The entire chassis was built from the ground up, with sweeping steel tubes that merge form and function effortlessly.

Rajputana didn’t stop there. They fabricated a stunning swingarm that mirrors the fluid lines of the frame, designed to accommodate a mono-shock setup with precision. The suspension system was meticulously tuned, with drastically lowered front forks and custom internals to give the JetStream its aggressive stance. Sitting on fat Pirelli race slicks wrapped around spoked wheels, this bike looks like it’s in motion even when standing still.
Bodywork was sculpted entirely by hand from brushed aluminum, starting with a tank that nestles perfectly within the frame’s contours. The tail section continues the sleek silhouette, ending in a razor-sharp cowl that adds drama to the rear view. Up front, a minimalistic headlight is encased in a custom cowl, giving the JetStream a futuristic vibe. The seat is shaped from black race foam and tucked neatly between the subframe rails to maintain the clean lines.

Powerful aesthetics are matched with raw performance cues. The custom exhaust system features twin pipes that rise and flow rearward, ending in slash-cut tips that emit a throaty growl. The engine detailing is top-notch, with hand-turned velocity stacks and contrasting finishes that add depth to the build.
Despite all the custom work, the bike retains a nod to its heritage with Royal Enfield grips and switchgear still in place. JetStream isn’t just a motorcycle, it’s an art piece on wheels. It captures the essence of speed, minimalism, and craftsmanship in every detail.
With this build, Royal Enfield and Rajputana Customs have once again proven that great things happen when engineering and artistry collide. JetStream is more than a bike, it’s a statement, and perhaps the most exciting direction yet for the future of Royal Enfield’s Custom World program.
