In this world there’s all kind of races, but drag races are something special. A man (or woman) on his machine trying to beat his rival on a straight line drag. Usually the quarter mile is the measure everyone tries to use, and usually these drag races have different classes so that the racing is even.
But what happens if someone decides to organize a no limits drag race?
Well, our prayers have been answered!
In Turkey, during the Teknofest, the organization decided to pit against each other a bike, a four very special cars, a private jet plane and a – wait for it… – a fighter jet!
The race included a Kawasaki Ninja H2R, a modified Tesla Model S, a Lotus Evora GT430, an Aston Martin Vantage, a Formula One car and the two jets we mentioned already.
The winner of this epic quarter-mile drag race was Kenan Sofuoglu, five-time Supersport World Championship winner, who rode the Ninja H2R in which he completed the quarter-mile in 9.43 seconds.
Now they only need to add a boat, a scooter, a spaceship, and, perhaps, someone like Usain Bolt running, to make another drag race that can top this one.
