Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (MODENAS) has introduced the Z15GT Care Programme, a nationwide after-sales initiative designed to provide complimentary motorcycle inspections and technical assistance for MODENAS Z15GT owners across Malaysia.

Running from 15 July to 15 August 2026, the programme will be carried out through 57 selected authorised MODENAS dealers located throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. The initiative aims to strengthen customer confidence while ensuring Z15GT motorcycles continue to perform at their best.

Free inspections and technical support for Z15GT owners

As part of the programme, eligible Z15GT owners can bring their motorcycles to participating dealers for a complimentary inspection and diagnosis performed by trained MODENAS technicians.

Customers will also receive technical advice, repair support, and warranty assistance where applicable. In addition, replacement components and spare parts will be made available for eligible motorcycles, subject to technical verification and stock availability.

The Z15GT Care Programme reflects MODENAS’ ongoing commitment to improving customer satisfaction, product quality, and after-sales service.

Extensive preparation to ensure consistent service

Before rolling out the programme nationwide, MODENAS carried out a series of technical assessments, dealer briefings, technician training sessions, and spare parts planning to ensure participating service centres are well prepared.

The company also continues to collaborate closely with its technical, quality assurance, service, and supplier teams to further enhance product reliability and strengthen its after-sales support network.

Customer satisfaction remains the top priority

Roslan Roskan, Chief Executive Officer of MODENAS said, “Customer satisfaction and safety remain our priorities. Through the Z15GT Care Programme, we are bringing inspection and after-sales assistance closer to our customers through selected authorised dealers nationwide.”

“We value the feedback received from Z15GT owners and remain committed to taking the necessary actions to continuously strengthen our products, services and the overall ownership experience,” he added.

Feedback to support future improvements

MODENAS stated that information collected from customer feedback and inspection results throughout the programme will be analysed to help improve future products, services, and ownership experiences.

Z15GT owners are encouraged to contact their nearest participating authorised dealer to schedule an inspection appointment. Customers should bring along their motorcycle registration documents as well as any relevant warranty or service records to facilitate the inspection process.

A complete list of participating authorised dealers and additional programme details will be available through MODENAS’ official website and social media platforms.
