Aveta Motor MalaysiaAveta Motor Malaysia has announced the expansion of its Aveta Care on Wheels (ACOW) mobile service programme ahead of the Hari Raya festive period, when more riders are expected to travel long distances.

The initiative aims to improve aftersales support by making assistance more accessible across Peninsular Malaysia, especially during peak travel days.

Aveta expects an increase in service demand during the festive season, driven by higher motorcycle usage for balik kampung journeys. To address this, the company has expanded its mobile service fleet from one unit to six units, with support from its Preferred Plus dealer network.

The expanded network is also expected to improve response times, particularly along major routes such as the North-South Expressway and East Coast highways.

Selected dealers have been integrated into the programme to strengthen regional coverage. These include KW Keat Wei Motor in Kedah and Perlis, CKT Motor covering Penang and parts of Perak, and NG Brothers Motor in Johor. Aveta’s in-house mobile service team will continue to support the Central Region, Malacca and the East Coast.

According to Group Managing Director Steven Lim, the expansion reflects Aveta’s commitment to ensuring riders receive timely assistance during peak travel periods.

“With the upcoming Raya travel period, we anticipate more riders on the road, many travelling longer distances than usual. This expansion ensures that our customers have access to timely support wherever they are, giving them greater confidence and peace of mind throughout their journey,” he said.

For assistance or service enquiries, customers can contact the Aveta Careline at 012-503 5409, ensuring help is always within reach.
