iMotorbike has officially opened public access to iMotorbike Rescue, a new on-road motorcycle assistance service designed to help riders deal with common breakdowns and roadside issues. The service expands iMotorbike’s growing ecosystem of rider-focused support offerings, giving motorcyclists rapid access to help when they need it most.

Operating daily from 9 :00 AM to 12 :00 AM, iMotorbike Rescue provides unlimited on-site mechanic labour and hotline support to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical problems without riders having to push their bikes to a workshop. The service is available within a 50 km radius of iMotorbike’s showrooms in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor, offering assistance along popular riding routes.

Riders have the option to subscribe to the yearly plan at RM 99, or use the service on a one-time basis for RM 49 per incident, making help accessible whether it’s a regular commuter or weekend adventurer on the road.

Key features of iMotorbike Rescue include on-site mechanic labour for everyday issues and unlimited phone support for basic troubleshooting.

The service covers a range of common problems, such as tire puncture repairs or replacements, battery jump-starts or replacements, chain tightening or replacement, brake servicing, minor wiring or lighting fixes, and basic fuel system inspection and unclogging. Parts for these repairs are charged separately, while labour is included as part of the service.

iMotorbike Rescue Coverage Includes:

  • On-site mechanic labour (unlimited) within coverage radius
  • Unlimited hotline technical support for troubleshooting
  • Tyre puncture repair or tyre replacement (parts charged separately)
  • Battery jump-start service
  • Battery replacement assistance (battery cost separate)
  • Chain tightening and minor chain adjustments
  • Brake servicing (minor fixes & adjustments)
  • Minor wiring and lighting repairs
  • Basic fuel system inspection & unclogging

Through iMotorbike Rescue, riders can now gain peace of mind knowing that professional help is within reach during on-road breakdowns or mechanical hiccups, reinforcing iMotorbike’s mission to support the riding community beyond its online marketplace.
