Mforce and SYM Celebrate Double Victory at EICMA 2025 with “Best Seller” Awards

The recognition marks another proud milestone for Mforce Bike Holdings, strengthen SYM’s strong presence in Malaysia and beyond.

Mforce

Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the official distributor of SYM motorcycles in Malaysia, has once again made the nation proud after receiving two major international accolades, “2025 Best Seller” and “2025 ADXTG Best Seller”, at the EICMA 2025 motorcycle exhibition held in Milan, Italy.

Originating from Taiwan, SYM stands as one of Asia’s leading motorcycle manufacturers and the No. 1 brand in its home market, holding a commanding 40% market share. This success reinforces SYM’s reputation for producing reliable, high-quality motorcycles designed for a wide range of riders.

The awards presented to Mforce Bike Holdings are a testament to the company’s dedication to strengthening the SYM brand in Malaysia, backed by a strong distribution network, strategic marketing efforts, and consistent after-sales support.

According to Mr. Asri Ahmad, Chief Operating Officer of Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd., the recognition highlights the collective efforts of the Mforce team, their dealer network, and loyal Malaysian customers.

“We are truly grateful to all our customers for their trust and confidence in SYM motorcycles. As the official distributor, we remain committed to continuously enhancing our after-sales service quality to deliver the best ownership experience possible,” said Mr. Asri.

Mforce

To further elevate the SYM experience in Malaysia, Mforce has announced two key strategic initiatives:

  1. Expanding the “Mforce Premium Outlet” concept, offering customers a more exclusive and refined purchasing and servicing experience.
  1. Upgrading and expanding existing service centres to improve accessibility and service efficiency across the country.

These efforts aim to strengthen SYM’s position in Malaysia and reinforce customer confidence in the brand for years to come.

Since becoming the official distributor of SYM in 2008, Mforce has successfully assembled and distributed over 300,000 SYM motorcycles locally. Iconic marketing campaigns, such as those featuring Safee Sali and Syamsul Yusof, helped cement SYM’s name as one of Malaysia’s most phenomenal motorcycle brands.

With the recent launch of the SYM VFE 185i, SYM continues to expand its international reach, focusing on developing a robust global network that enhances R&D, production, marketing, and service systems. The brand’s long-term ambition remains clear, to become one of the most renowned motorcycle brands in the world.
