TVS Motor Company has dropped a mysterious new teaser for an upcoming motorcycle that will be unveiled on 4 November at the 2025 EICMA Show in Milan. While the teaser gives away little, all signs point toward the new Apache RR450, a highly anticipated sportsbike built on TVS and BMW’s new 450cc parallel-twin platform.
A New Era for TVS Performance
The RR450 marks TVS’s first-ever parallel-twin motorcycle, signalling a major evolution in the brand’s performance lineup. TVS co-developed the new platform with BMW Motorrad, continuing the successful partnership that produced the 310cc range, the BMW G310R, G310GS, and TVS Apache RR310.
BMW will reportedly debut its own F450GS adventure bike at the same show, leaving TVS to showcase the sportier sibling, much like their earlier product-sharing strategy.
Shared DNA with the BMW F450GS
Just like the 310cc models that shared a platform but targeted different riders, the F450GS and Apache RR450 share key components such as the engine and chassis architecture. BMW targets adventure-touring enthusiasts with the F450GS, while TVS positions the Apache RR450 in the middleweight supersport segment, giving it aggressive styling, premium components, and the brand’s unmistakable racetrack DNA.

A Packed Launch Calendar for TVS
The EICMA debut comes amid a flurry of new models from the Indian manufacturer. Closer to home, TVS is gearing up to launch the Apache RTX 300, an adventure-tourer, in the coming week. The company also previewed the RTS X 300 concept, a supermoto variant based on the same platform.
TVS primarily targets the 300cc platform in the Indian market, while it develops the 450cc lineup for global riders. By unveiling the bike at EICMA, TVS uses the world’s biggest motorcycle show to demonstrate its expanding engineering prowess and international ambitions beyond Asia.
Likely a Concept, Production to Follow
Although enthusiasts are eager for a production-ready reveal, industry insiders suggest that TVS may show the Apache RR450 in concept form first, with the production version expected in 2026.
If the teaser indeed points to the RR450, TVS will be entering the competitive 400–500cc segment dominated by brands like Kawasaki, KTM, and Yamaha, marking a bold step into the global middleweight sportsbike arena.
