In a double milestone event, Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn. Bhd. (MODENAS), a member of the DRB-HICOM Group, has officially unveiled the all-new 2025 Kawasaki Z900 and Z900 SE during the grand opening of the Kawasaki Technical Centre (KTC) in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.

Priced at RM47,800 (excluding insurance and registration), while the Z900 SE variant is priced from RM60,100, both new models carry Kawasaki’s signature Sugomi design philosophy, which blends aggressive styling, thrilling performance, and agile handling, a combination that perfectly captures the essence of Kawasaki’s naked sportbike lineup.

2025 Kawasaki Z900

The 2025 Kawasaki Z900 is powered by a 948cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder engine that delivers 123 hp at 9,500 rpm and 97.4 Nm of torque at 7,700 rpm, paired with a six-speed gearbox and chain drive. The chassis features a lightweight trellis frame with 41mm inverted front forks, offering both stability and precision in every ride. Stopping power is provided by dual semi-floating 300mm Nissin calipers front and single at the rear.

The Z900 also comes equipped with a full-colour TFT display compatible with the Rideology App, offering smartphone connectivity for ride information and settings. It also includes Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC) and selectable riding modes, giving riders greater control and adaptability on the road.

For those seeking enhanced performance and premium components, the Z900 SE takes things up a notch with fully adjustable 41mm inverted forks, an Öhlins S46 gas-charged rear shock, and dual semi-floating 300mm Brembo discs with Brembo M4.32 radial calipers.

The new Z900 is available in two colour options — Metallic Moondust Grey / Metallic Spark Black / Candy Lime Green with a Golden Blazed Green frame, and Metallic Spark Black / Metallic Carbon Grey / Flat Super Black. Meanwhile, the Z900 SE comes in Metallic Matte Graphite Gray / Ebony / Metallic Graphite Gray, also paired with the Golden Blazed Green frame.

The 2025 Kawasaki Z900 and Z900 SE are now available at all authorised Kawasaki All-Star and Kawasaki Exclusive dealerships nationwide.
