Boon Siew Honda has officially introduced new colours for the 2025 Honda BeAT scooter in Malaysia, with a recommended retail price of RM6,090 excluding road tax, insurance, and registration. The refreshed line-up now includes Black and White as new additions, while Matte Silver and Green remain from the previous range. The earlier Red and Blue colour schemes have been discontinued.

The Honda BeAT continues to be backed by a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects. Aside from the updated colour palette, no other technical changes have been made for the Malaysian market.

Powering the BeAT is a 108.2 cc, single-cylinder air-cooled engine delivering 8.67 hp at 7,500 rpm and 9.53 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The scooter uses a CVT transmission with belt drive, a standard feature in this category.

Riding on 14-inch wheels, the BeAT is equipped with 80/90 front and 90/90 rear tyres. Braking comes from a hydraulic disc in front paired with a rear drum, supported by Honda’s Combined Braking System. Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork at the front and a non-adjustable single shock absorber at the rear.

The scooter carries a 4.2-litre fuel tank and offers an 11.7-litre under-seat storage compartment. Weighing in at 90 kg, the BeAT has a seat height of 742 mm and comes with both electric and kick-start options.

Inside the cockpit, riders will find a mixed analogue-digital instrument cluster with a voltage meter, alongside a charging port and a parking brake lock for added convenience.
