Following the recent debut of the YADEA Velax, YADEA Malaysia under the distribution of MForce, has introduced another exciting addition to the local market, the YADEA RS20. The new electric scooter was launched in conjunction with the Grand Opening of Mforce SmartShop W H S Motor Sdn. Bhd. in Banting, marking the brand’s continued commitment to providing affordable and eco-friendly mobility options.

Priced at RM4,998 (excluding road tax and insurance), the RS20 is now available at all authorised MForce dealerships nationwide. The model will also soon be eligible for a rebate under the MARiiCas initiative, making it even more attractive to urban riders.

The YADEA RS20 is offered in three stylish colours: Khaki Grey, Roman Grey, and Grey. Powering the RS20 is a Graphene 72V22Ah battery, capable of charging from 0% to 80% in 6 hours, and fully charging in 8 hours. On a single charge, riders can enjoy up to 105km of estimated riding range. At its heart is a 2,450W motor that delivers a maximum speed of 51km/h and peak torque of 107Nm.

YADEA RS20

The RS20 measures a seat height of 765mm. Its total weight is 114kg with the battery (72kg without), while offering a maximum climbing angle of 13°. For safety, the RS20 is equipped with 90/80-12 tubeless tyres, telescopic front forks, dual rear shock absorbers, a front disc brake with CBS, and a rear drum brake with CBS, ensuring stability and reliable braking performance.

Besides that, the YADEA RS20 can be paired with your YADEA EV bike through its unique QR code on the Yadea App, available for both iOS and Android. Once connected, riders can unlock the scooter directly using their smartphone. The RS20 supports three unlocking methods, mechanical key, remote control, and app, providing the convenience of a “one bike, three unlocks” experience.

YADEA RS20

It also comes equipped with modern features such as LED lighting all around, a digital instrument panel, USB Type-A charging ports, reverse gear function, and two riding modes, Sport (‘S’) and Eco (‘E’).

For practicality, it offers a front storage compartment, under-seat storage, and a rear rack, along with safety features like a side stand safety switch and a mechanical key entry system, all integrated with smart connectivity via the Yadea App.

Every purchase of the RS20 is backed by a two-year manufacturer warranty or coverage of up to 20,000km, whichever comes first, with customers also assured of easy access to genuine spare parts through MForce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
