Verge Next is a modular electric vehicle platform perfect for wide accessibility. It’s built to accommodate not just motorcycles, but e-bikes, mopeds, scooters, and other two-wheeled EVs. The focus? Simplicity, efficiency, and flexibility.

At the heart of Verge Next is Verge’s most iconic innovation: the Donut Motor.

The Donut Motor: Hubless, Seamless Power

The Donut Motor is a hubless electric motor integrated directly into the rear wheel, offering a cleaner, lighter, and more visually striking alternative to traditional setups. Developed in collaboration with Donut Lab, this rear-wheel motor not only reduces mechanical complexity but also boosts efficiency by eliminating parts like chains and belts.

Key highlights:

  • Hubless design for reduced weight and drag
  • Available in 12-inch and 17-inch sizes
  • Multiple power levels—custom specs available on request

This isn’t just tech for Verge’s own bikes anymore. With Next, the company is opening it up to the world.
