Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) will begin supplying kit parts for the CRF450RX on February 17. These parts are designed for the Rally Raid Championship, including the Dakar Rally. RedMoto, an Italian company specializing in Honda off-road motorcycles, will receive the kit parts. RedMoto will assemble and distribute the competition-only CRF450RX RALLY.

HRC expanded its rally efforts after a successful trial in the 2025 Dakar Rally. Six riders used HRC-supplied kit parts through RS Moto. Encouraged by the performance, HRC decided to supply kit parts more broadly. RedMoto was selected as the exclusive partner due to its expertise in European off-road racing.

RedMoto will manufacture and distribute the CRF450RX RALLY using refined HRC kit parts. These parts were improved based on Dakar Rally feedback. HRC aims to expand access to these rally machines before the Morocco Rally in October 2025. HRC is also working on a service system for rally participants. It is exploring collaborations with leading rally teams. These partnerships will offer technical, mechanical, and logistical support.

HRC’s goal is to create a high-performance machine for the world’s toughest rallies. The focus is on durability and competitive performance. The CRF450RX RALLY features a lightweight, high-rigidity aluminium frame. This ensures stability on rough terrain while supporting large fuel tanks.

The motorcycle features a wide-ratio six-speed transmission for various speeds. Lower engine RPM during high-speed cruising increases durability and fuel efficiency. The rally tower uses lightweight, high-strength CFRP, enhancing rideability and ensuring toughness during falls. Riders can adjust the electric roadbook holder for better navigation.

The suspension system includes adjustable damper settings and a revised spring rate. The titanium coating on the front slide pipe and rear cushion rod reduces friction. These upgrades enhance suspension performance on different terrains.

HRC is making rally technology more accessible. By partnering with RedMoto and rally teams, HRC supports riders of all levels. As the Morocco Rally approaches, more riders will experience the CRF450RX RALLY. This machine will enhance competitiveness and reliability in rally racing.
