Motocrew takes centre stage with an extraordinary Triumph Bobber build inspired by their client’s high-performance Porsche 911. Alongside this beauty, let’s take a look at an exciting Suzuki DRZ400 supermoto transformation. It is Kawasaki’s latest addition to the retro motorcycle lineup, the W230, and a remarkable Yamaha BW350 that sold for a surprising sum.

Motocrew’s latest project is nothing short of a masterpiece. The German custom bike shop was tasked with creating a Triumph Bobber that would match the aesthetic of a Porsche 911, customized by a good friend of the shop. The result? A sleek, low-riding machine that oozes attitude.

Using a 2019 Triumph Bobber as the base, Motocrew made modifications to the stance with custom wheels by Haan Wheels, matching 17-inch Excel rims, and beefy Shinko tyres. The lowered front suspension, coupled with a new Touratech rear shock, gives it an aggressive profile. The bike’s LED headlight and custom dashboard from Motogadget keep the look clean and modern. On the other hand, the 3D-printed fork covers add a unique touch.

The silver-painted tank from Holyhall incorporates Motocrew’s logo and subtle stripes. This ensures that the design remains classy without breaking up the classic lines. With a high-performance Classicbike Raisch Stage Five kit installed, including an ECU tune, racing air filters, and a custom exhaust, this Bobber doesn’t just look fast. It packs an extra 28.5 horsepower and 30 Nm of torque. Its sportscar-inspired details, like high-performance pipe wrap from Thermotech, make it a unique two-wheeler, perfect for sunny days and spirited rides.

Suzuki DRZ400 Supermoto by Parr Motorcycles

Parr Motorcycles took a 2007 Suzuki DRZ400S and transformed it into the ‘DRZ Scorpion 434,’ an exciting supermoto build. The bike boasts RM forks and yokes, 17-inch Excel rims, and custom LED headlights for a striking look. Its fuel tank, originally from a Suzuki SP370, was reworked to fit seamlessly onto the DRZ frame. The custom radiator covers and LED indicators provide functional upgrades.

With a custom stainless-steel exhaust and a newly fabricated subframe, the bike was completed with a yellow and black ‘Scorpio’ paint job. This draws inspiration from the video game character from Mortal Kombat. Spencer Parr, the builder, hints at a future Sub-Zero-themed build, so keep an eye out for what comes next!

2025 Kawasaki W230: A Retro Modern Classic

\Kawasaki has introduced the W230 to their 2025 lineup, paying homage to their retro W1 model with a modern twist. The bike features a 233 cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine. It sticks to the essentials, offering a pure riding experience with minimal technology—just a small LCD section on the speedometer and LED lighting.

Weighing in at just 143 kg, it’s one of the lightest in its class. Its six-speed transmission makes it versatile for both city commuting and freeway cruising. At a price of $5,599, this modern classic delivers a stylish and simple ride that embraces the spirit of retro motorcycles without over-complicating the experience.

Yamaha BW350: A Nostalgic Icon Returns

The Yamaha BW350, a legend of the 1980s, recently found a new owner for an impressive $12,000 at auction. Built in 1987, this particular BW350 was kept in remarkable condition, still sporting its original, unrestored parts. The bike features a 348 cc single-cylinder engine and large, cartoon-like tyres that made it an off-road icon back in its day.

With both electric and kick-start options, this nostalgic two-wheeler brings back memories of Yamaha’s playful designs. Though it has been out of production for decades, its recent sale price reflects just how cherished this model remains. While modern alternatives like the Yamaha TW200 offer similar fun, they can’t quite capture the charm of the original BW series.

Motocrew’s Triumph Bobber stands out, but Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha build continue captivating motorcycle enthusiasts worldwide.
