Blueshark, a subsidiary of Sharkgulf Technologies Group known for its smart electric scooters, collaborates with Klean the World to revolutionize e-mobility. Klean the World, dedicated to tackling the global waste crisis, joins forces with Blueshark to enhance mobility for its operations team.

The collaboration sees the handover of four Blueshark R1 smart electric scooters at The Curve shopping mall. This signifies a significant step towards sustainable mobility for Klean the World’s employees. Jin Chan, Group COO (ASEAN) of Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd, expresses enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting shared values of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Klean the World to provide our Blueshark R1 smart electric scooters to their operations team,” said Jin Chan, Group COO (ASEAN), Blueshark Ecosystem Sdn Bhd.

“Klean the World is a company that shares our values of sustainability and environmental
responsibility. Blueshark’s first-to-last mile sustainable e-mobility ecosystem will enable Klean’s
employees to reduce their carbon footprint and live healthier lives as they enable greener living for
others. This collaboration is a fine example of zero emissions and zero waste ingenuity in practice for
the greater good.

Klean the World operates reverse vending machines, collecting plastic bottles and cans for rewards, then recycling them into r-PET. Dato’ Nick Boden, CEO of Klean the World, sees e-mobility integration as key to their circular economy approach.

Blueshark’s R1 electric scooters are versatile, accessing Malaysia’s first battery swap infrastructure or recharging from standard sockets. The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) tech ensures real-time fleet monitoring.

Blueshark expanded its battery swapping network across the Klang Valley, offering convenient charging options. Jin is confident in Blueshark R1’s value to Klean the World’s mission.

“We are confident that our Blueshark R1 will be a valuable asset to Klean the World,” said Jin. “We
are committed to providing our partners with the best possible products and services and we are
excited to help Klean the World achieve its mission of reducing waste and making the world a better
place as we transform lives through better human mobility, while caring for the planet.”

Blueshark and Klean the World’s partnership combines innovation and sustainability for greener last-mile connectivity. This collaboration showcases eco-friendly partnerships’ potential in building a cleaner future.
