Red Bull’s MotoGP Move

Red Bull is switching from Repsol Honda to sponsor Tech3 GASGAS in the 2024 MotoGP season.

This change follows Marc Marquez’s move to Gresini Ducati, bringing a big budget with him.

Repsol Honda’s official website no longer lists Red Bull as a sponsor, a break from their partnership since 2015. Instead, Tech3 GASGAS bikes will sport Red Bull’s branding, signaling a new chapter.

Marquez’s departure impacted Repsol Honda’s sponsors. His influence attracted Red Bull, reshaping the sponsorship landscape. The move highlights the dynamic nature of MotoGP team sponsorships.

Repsol Honda continues with Repsol as their title sponsor for the 30th year in 2024. Estrella Galicia, sponsoring both Marquez brothers, remains on Repsol Honda’s 2024 sponsor list despite Alex Marquez’s connection to the Gresini team.

Although Marquez is moving to a seemingly smaller team, his appeal, fueled by sponsors like Red Bull, could benefit Gresini. This shift sets the stage for an intriguing 2024 MotoGP season, with evolving sponsorships shaping team narratives.
