In a remarkable journey marked by innovation and growth, MV Agusta and PIERER Mobility AG celebrate the first anniversary of their strategic partnership. The two have formed a union that has not only defied expectations but has propelled MV Agusta to new heights within Europe’s leading motorcycle group. Over the past year, MV Agusta has introduced five groundbreaking models. Each model showcases the brand’s commitment to excellence and pushing the boundaries of motorcycle design.

One of the standout achievements in this transformative year is the establishment of a cutting-edge production line, situated in MV Agusta’s historic factory in Schiranna. This state-of-the-art facility, blending hand craftsmanship with advanced automation, is capable of producing up to one thousand bikes per month. The investment represents a significant step in MV Agusta’s ambitious industrial plan. It underscores its dedication to both operational excellence and the local community.

Timur Sardarov, CEO of MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., expressed his excitement about the new production line. He emphasized its role in bringing together the efforts invested in recent years. Sardarov highlighted the tangible results, growing numbers, and the success of the latest models. He frames it as not just as an investment in operations but as a commitment to the community and its people.

Another pivotal milestone achieved in the first half of 2023 was the introduction of a 4-year Factory Warranty for all model year 2023 bikes.

This bold move exemplifies MV Agusta’s customer-centric approach. It instils confidence in the brand’s meticulously crafted motorcycles and the rigorous processes they undergo.

MV Agusta offers a lifetime 24/7 roadside assistance program. This ensures that customers in select countries, including Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Spain, and the UK, can enjoy the thrill of riding with comprehensive support services. These services range from on-the-spot repairs to repatriation of vehicles.

Looking ahead to 2024, MV Agusta has set ambitious goals. It is keen on the expansion of its dealer network to 200 active dealers by mid-year.

Notably, Italy, the brand’s home market, will witness the presence of 21 official dealers supported by authorized service centres, reflecting a strategic focus on enhancing customer accessibility and service quality.

System integration with PIERER Mobility AG’s systems will be finalized, streamlining logistics, inventory management, IT, and dealer tools. This integration is poised to significantly reduce delivery times, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Reinforcing its commitment to customers, MV Agusta plans to implement initiatives in 2024 to foster a more personalized connection with its clientele. This includes the reintroduction of factory tours, providing enthusiasts with a firsthand look at the meticulous craftsmanship behind MV Agusta motorcycles.

Amidst these milestones, MV Agusta has tantalized fans with a glimpse into the future. It teases exciting new models, such as the Superveloce 1000 Serie Oro, displayed at EICMA in its final development stage.

Luca Martin, MV Agusta Motor S.p.A. Board Member and COO acknowledged the challenges faced by customers in 2023. Among the challenges are delays in parts delivery and the restructuring of the dealer network. However, Martin reassured customers that every decision is rooted in a singular goal: putting customers at the centre of attention.

As MV Agusta looks back on a transformative year, it remains committed to evolving. By listening to customer feedback, it sets new benchmarks for the motorcycle industry. The future promises not only exciting new models but a strengthened commitment to delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
