Khairi Asyraf Triumphs in CP125 Championship at Litar Batu Kawan

Khairi Asyraf claimed his first CP125 victory, finishing fourth at Litar Batu Kawan, 4.762 seconds behind champion teammate Fareez Afeez Abd Rahman.

Jetron Yamaha YY Pang Racing Team, aiming to replicate their 2014 podium success, faced a challenge from Haziq Hamdan, securing third place after Shafiq Ezzariq Saiful Nizam claimed second.

Khairi Asyraf sealed his CP125 title with 167 points, a comfortable 17-point lead over teammate Shafiq Ezzariq. Champion of the Cub Prix Final Round, Fareez Afeez expressed gratitude, saying, “Thanks to my team for the hard work. Grateful for P1. We had a tough battle, but we fought safely. When you’re at the front with your team, you want that number 1 spot. I followed his strategy and made my move in the last 5 laps. The last corner was where I sealed the deal.”
