Alberto Benito, now in the USA, established Shed Motorcycles and transformed a 2021 Royal Enfield 650 into ‘Imperfecta.’

He improved handling with Bitubo 370mm shocks for the new tires. Customization led to crafting a bespoke kickstand. Aesthetic changes saw subframe trimming and passenger peg removal.

He added a new seat and cowl with custom leather upholstery, while K-Speed provided chalky white side covers and tank cover with matte black accents.

Cost-effective enhancements included clip-on handlebars, Biltwell grips, Rizoma mirrors, CNC’d levers, and a Motogadget switch block.

Alberto also revamped controls with a modified stock unit on the right and a new clutch cable, complemented by K-Speed rearsets. This journey showcases Alberto’s dedication and creativity in a budget-conscious custom build.
