Hong Leong Yamaha Motor has given a new twist to the popular Yamaha Ego Gear compact scooter. For 2023, the scooter now comes in Yellow, Blue and Green colours.
According to HLYM, the new colour line is already available at official distributors nationwide starting July 4 (today) with a basic selling price of RM5,998. The price is also higher than the models before.
As usual, every Yamaha Ego Gear purchase will come with a Yamaha brake disc lock worth RM100.
This new model continues to feature a BluCore 125cc engine with a Smart Motor Generator. It is capable of generating 9.3hp at 8,000rpm and 9.6Nm at 5,500rpm. This scooter is also equipped with a USB charging port.
