Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello arrives in Malaysia starting from RM99,900

Moto Guzzi has officially rolled out the V100 Mandello with two variants on offer from RM99,000 onwards.

Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello has finally landed in Malaysia after its introduction to the global market at the end of 2021.

According to the official distributor, DIDI Group, Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello comes in two variants, Standard and S. The S model carries a more premium set of equipment including ‘Öhlins semi-active suspension’.

For the record, V100 Mandello is not just a new bike but more than that. This is because the V100 Mandello is the first motorcycle from Moto Guzzi to feature modern and high-tech features. This includes a semi-active suspension system, 6-axis IMU, cornering ABS and ‘quickshifter’.

The V100 Mandello also has body panels on the right and left sides of the tank that will open by themselves to produce a more efficient downforce. According to the Italian maufacturer, the technology is called ‘adaptive aerodynamics’.

Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello features a 1,042cc ‘transverse’ V-Twin engine. It is capable of producing 115hp and 105Nm at 3,500rpm. Despite having a larger displacement than the platform used in the V85 TT, the V100 Mandello engine is 103mm shorter.

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello is now available at a price of RM99,900. On the other hand, the V100 Mandello ‘S’ has a price tag of RM117,900.

The appearance of the V100 Mandello in Malaysia will definitely warm up the ‘sports touring’ segment here, especially for those who like to ride long distances.
