Yamaha has updated the popular scooter, Yamaha Aerox 155 for 2023 in the Indian market.
Better known as the Yamaha NVX 155 in Malaysia, the 155cc displacement scooter has been upgraded with a ‘traction control’ (TCS) system.
The Aerox 155 is the second 155cc scooter after the Augur 155 to receive the new electronics.
For the record, TCS improves the Aerox 155’s riding performance by reducing wheelspin and ensuring more efficient movement in any riding condition. According to Yamaha India, the Aero 155 also has an OBD-II (on-board diagnostic) system.
The Aerox 155 still features a 155cc Blue Clore 4-stroke SOHC engine with VVA. It is capable of producing 14.7hp at 8,000rpm and 13.9Nm at 6,500rpm. The Yamaha Aerox 155 also comes with emergency lights as standard.
