KTM and the German high-performance automotive aftermarket tuning company, BRABUS continue their collaboration for the second time with the launch of the BRABUS 1300 R Edition 23.
Making its debut in Hanoi, Vietnam, the 1300 R Edition 23 is an evolution of last year’s 1300 R.
Only 145 units will be available for the Superblack version and another limited 145 units for the Stealth Grey. This 1300 R Edition 23 is developed from the KTM 1290 Super Duke R EVO platform.
This 1300 R Edition 23 comes with some special BRABUS components that use carbon fibre and CNC materials.
Therefore, it is not surprising that this 1300 R Edition 23 looks the same as the original version except for some improvements including the addition of carbon fibre components.
Complementing this hyper-naked motorcycle is the BRABUS Monoblock Z rim with an all-black finish.
Like last year’s model, the 1300 R Edition 23 features a 1,301cc LC8 V-Twin engine. It is capable of producing 180hp at 9,500rpm and 140Nm at 8,000rpm.
According to the company, this motorcycle will be available through a special website at a price of EUR42,500 (RM198,000) on February 16.
