Triumph Motorcycles has officially announced Didi Automotive as the UK motorcycle brand’s newest distributor for the Malaysian market effective 15 January 2023.

Triumph and Didi Automotive will work together in dealing with the import, sales and distribution of Triumph Motorcycles. The two will collaborate in efforts to further develop the brand in Malaysia.

The company will be developing a new Triumph showroom in Petaling Jaya and Penang. This is to handle after-sales matters while meeting the needs of existing Triumph owners in Malaysia.

Both these exhibition centres will offer the best facilities including highly knowledgeable staff and much more.

As one of the main markets in the ASEAN region, Didi Automotive will offer a variety of models. This includes the Classic, Roadster and Tiger Model variants for the local market including affordable models such as the Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660.

Didi Automotive will also offer a new model as a result of the Triumph-Bajaj collaboration in Malaysia.

For the record, Didi Automotive under the Didi Group umbrella also markets several other motorcycle brands in Malaysia. Such includes Harley-Davidson, Moto Guzzi, Royal Enfield, Aprilia and Vespa.

Earlier, Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd has already confirmed that it will no longer take on the duties as a Triumph distributor from January 14 and will move to Hong Big Wing.
