As the 2022 calendar draws to a close, the world’s motorcycle manufacturers are busy upgrading their existing model lines. Most recently, Triumph Motorcycles has introduced new upgrades for the Street Triple 765 R, RS and the limited edition Moto2 variant with only 765 units available worldwide.

Triumph has brought Moto2 technology to the Street Triple 765 2023 at once with higher power and better riding aspects.

As a result, the standard variant (R) now produces 118hp, up 2hp compared to the previous model while the RS variant offers 128hp.

This increase in power is contributed by a higher compression ratio than before.

Among the updates carried out on the internal parts of the engine include new pistons, new con-rods, as well as a redesigned combustion chamber all contributing to increased power.

The 2023 model has also come with a host of new features including Brembo M4 brakes and adjustable Showa suspension for the R variant.

The RS variant also gets Showa SFF-BP 41mm suspension at the front and Ohlins shock absorbers at the rear. On the other hand, the Moto2 Edition variant comes with Ohlins suspension at the front and rear.

All three variants also come with a new electronics package that includes Cornering ABS, Traction Control and four riding modes; Road, Rain, Sport and Rider. However, the RS and Moto2 Edition variants get an additional mode: Track.

All these models will be marketed in Europe and then other global markets starting next year.
