South Korean motorcycle helmet manufacturer, HJC (Hong Jin Crown) has just introduced a retro-style helmet through the V10 model. The singe-visor vintage-style helmet takes inspiration from other vintage designs but with a personal twist from the brand.

HJC has been making a name for itself with a string of new releases lately. with its releases lately. Just a few weeks ago, the brand launched its new lineup of RPHA lids and the un-updated RPHA 11. The newest addition to the RPHA family is the RPHA 31, an open-face helmet with premium features.

HJC V10 is the brand’s answer to compete with big names Arai Neo Rapide, Biltweel Lanesplitter, Shoei Glamster and Bell Bullit.

This V10 helmet steals the spotlight because it features a retro and vintage design. This is the first time that HJC has produced such a helmet with the V90 (modular) model being the retro model that was introduced first.

What is certain is that this V10 helmet marks a new direction for HJC. The HJC V10 features the use of premium materials such as fibreglass shells. There is also emergency release cheek pads, a visor release mechanism similar to the RPHA 1, Smart HJC, or communications-system ready.

For the record, this HJC V10 also meets the new ECE22.06 safety standard.

HJC will be offering this helmet in seven colours, namely White, Black, Flat Black, N. Grey, Deep Green, Deep Red, and Deep Yellow. It comes at a price starting at EUR329.90 (RM1.5k).
