Suzuki Malaysia has already launched three models with a capacity of 150cc for the local market, recently. The launch of the Raider R150 Fi, GSX-S150 and GSX-R150 has made a new addition to the kapcai, ‘naked’ and ‘full-fairing’ segments.

However, there is a 112.8cc displacement model that may be considered for the Malaysian market as it offers practical features for consumers in Malaysia.

The Suzuki Raider J Crossover is a kapcai type motorcycle that comes with a ‘motocross’ element and is suitable for use in various situations including off-road surfaces, not to mention assisted by a ground clearance of 156mm and a high seat (775mm).

With extreme motorsport activities becoming increasingly popular in Malaysia, the Suzuki Raider J Crossover allows more people to experience ‘off-road’ riding.

Not only that, with a durable engine, the Suzuki Raider J Crossover is also quite suitable for daily use, especially for those who make a living as a deliveryman of food and goods.

The Suzuki Raider J Crossover is powered by a 112.8cc SOHC single-cylinder engine with air cooling and fuel injection that produces 9.1hp at 7,500rpm and 9Nm at 6,500rpm and is powered by a 4-speed transmission.

Among the other features offered are a 31mm telescopic front fork, front disc brakes and rear drum brakes as well as a 4L tank. This Raider J Crossover also weighs only 97 kilograms so it is easy enough to handle all types of riders including men and women.

For now, the Suzuki Raider J Crossover has already been offered in Indonesia, the Philippines and most recently Thailand.
