Next weekend, the world Superbike travels to the Circuit de Navarra for another round of the championship, with Jonathan Rea and Alex Lowes, both from the Kawasaki Racing Team, ready for this new track on the calendar.

Two weeks ago the Autodromo de Most was a new track for the drivers and now in Navarre, the same happens again. The nearly four-kilometer-long track has 15 curves and promises to challenge the skills of the drivers, who already tested it there last June. ‘It’s good to go to Navarre, another new track for us. Unlike Most, we’ve already done a test here. I liked the track but it seemed to have a lot of bumps. It looks like circuit management has resolved some of the issues we’ve been complaining about here in the test. My pace was pretty good here so I’m curious to see, with everyone on the track, how competitive everyone will be. With our Ninja ZX-10RR we can be strong’, said Rea about the next round. Lowes also previewed the race: ‘It’s a new track in the championship but I think most riders have tested here at one time or another. It’s a very different track from Most as it’s quite slow, with a lot of first-change corners. I’m looking forward to it, I think it will be good to compete there. It is important to be patient and precise, it is a technical track and many curves are followed. In the test here I felt good on the bike and my goal is to get back on the podium. I’m ready!’
