For 2021, Modenas introduces new colour options and graphic designs for the Modenas Pulsar RS200 in Malaysia. Here are the details!

The Modenas Pulsar RS200 was first introduced to the Malaysian market in May 2019. Since then the 200cc street motorcycle has gained a fair following for being affordable and fuel-efficient.

For this year, Modenas introduces three new colour options for the Modenas Pulsar RS200 in Malaysia. The 2021 Modenas Pulsar RS200 now comes in three new colour options, namely, Pearl Metallic White and Pewter Grey – in glossy finishing and Burnt Red – in matte finishing. Furthermore, the new white alloy wheels, carbon-fibre texture finished fenders and the hot-stamped Pulsar seat logo give a distinctive fresh look to the Pulsar RS200.

Underneath, powered by a liquid-cooled 199.5cc 4-stroke SOHC single-cylinder DTS-i engine, mated to a 5-speed gearbox the Modenas Pulsar RS200 pushes a maximum power output of 24.1 hp and a peak torque of 18.6 Nm.

Braking is done via a single 300mm disc up front and a 230mm disc at the rear. Single-channel ABS is also standard on the model. In the case of suspension, a telescopic front fork and a nitrox mono-shock at the rear take care of suspension duties.

The pricing of the new 2021 Modenas Pulsar RS200 remains the same as the previous variant at RM 9,990 in Malaysia (excluding road tax, insurance and registration fee). The bike is said to be available at all authorized MODENAS showroom starting tomorrow, 26th March 2021.
