The online launch event is set to take place on the 5th of February 2021 at 8 pm. Judging from the silhouette, the motorcycle that’s featured on the post looks a lot like the Honda ADV 150!

Well, apart from this, earlier rumours also suggested that the model would be launched in Malaysia around February 2021 and it looks like things are just going according to plan.  In case you didn’t know, Honda motorcycle dealers like Honda Impian X – Ee Tiong Motorsports Setapak have already started taking in pre-booking for the Honda ADV 150 for as low as RM 500.  In the case of pricing, the Honda ADV 150 is rumoured to be priced at RM 15,000. Want to know more about the booking details? Find out the details from our previous post here.

Variants and Specifications

Speaking of the bike, the specification varies with the market. From the mechanical components to the variants that are offered depend on the market; therefore we can’t guarantee much on the full specification details for Malaysia. In markets like Indonesia, the ADV 150 is offered in two variants: ABS (anti-lock braking system) and  CBS (Combi Brake System) variants. As Boon Siew Honda brought down the Indonesian-Spec Honda CBR250RR SP as the standard model in Malaysia; we think we would probably be getting the ABS variant as standard. Well, who knows, there might even be two different variants just like Indonesia, only time would tell.  To know more about the standard specifications, please click here.

The Honda ADV 150 has been building a lot of anticipation among Honda motorcycle fans for quite some time now. Well, it looks like the wait is finally over. Let’s wait for a few more days and see what BSH has in store for us!
