Boon Siew Honda has just launched the much anticipated Honda ADV 150 in Malaysia today. Here are the details!

Folks! after a lot of rumours and speculations, the Honda ADV 150 is finally in town! Boon Siew Honda just pulled the cover off the Honda ADV 150 in Malaysia today. Speaking of the bike, the 2021 Honda ADV 150 is priced at RM 11,999  in Malaysia excluding road tax, insurance and registration fee.  In the case of the colour options, the ADV 150 is available in two colours: Viva City Red and  Mat Charcol Gray Metallic.

2021 Honda ADV 150

Speaking of the bike, the ADV 150 follows the design of the bigger Honda X-ADV.  Having said that, the Honda ADV 150 comes equipped with an array of rider aids and features such as full LED lighting with DRLs, LCD digital instrument panel, adjustable windshield and Honda Smart Key system.



More on the creature comfort side, the ADV 150 comes with a large 27.8-litre storage tank and a cockpit glovebox with an inbuilt 12v charging socket to charge smart devices while on the move.

Built around a double-cradle frame, the Honda ADV 150 weighs 133kg dry and comes with an 8-litre fuel tank. Being an adventure scooter, the Honda ADV 150 comes with a large 14-inch wheel with 110/80  tyre up front and a 13-inch wheel with wider 130/70 tyre at the rear.


Suspension duties are taken care of by a telescopic front fork and a set of Showa twin shocks at the rear. In the case of braking, braking is done via hydraulic disc brakes on both ends and single-channel ABS is also standard on the ADV 150 in Malaysia.

Speaking of the engine, the Honda ADV 150 is powered by a 149.3cc SOHC liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine which comes equipped with Honda’s PGM-Fi and eSP+. Thanks to this, the Honda ADV 150 is both powerful and fuel-efficient. Mated to a CVT and belt final drive, the ADV 150 puts out 14.6 hp @ 8,500 rpm and 13.9 Nm of peak torque @ 6,500 rpm.
