Triumph has opted for a new phygital (physical + digital) business strategy with its new online customisation platform. The technology will help riders customise their dream motorcycle with just a swipe of the finger. Riders will have a wide variety of categories to choose from. This gives riders the chance to view several combinations to see how they want their customisation to be done.

It also provides a 180-degree view of all Triumph motorcycles. By adding the accessories, riders can then get a real-time view of the product. The Triumph Configurator also adds the price of the accessories. This gives the purchasers an overall cost estimate.
Not to mention, buyers also have options regarding the colour of the bike. The ‘kits’ for motorcycles depend on their genres. Once customers are satisfied with the choice of their kit, they can send it to their dealer to pick the customised bike during delivery.
