During the 80s, actor David Hasselhoff played the part of Michael Knight in TV series Knight Rider. Michael Knight was the hero for many kids (and adults!) chasing bad guys with his special car KITT.
Many years have passed since Knight Rider ended. Sure, through the years some have tried to reboot the series. But no one was able to reach cult status like David Hasselhoff.
And it’s precisely David Hasselhoff that returns to our screens on a new video. Created as marketing for a German automotive online dealership, this video shows the return of Michael Knight and KITT. Although KITT isn’t exactly what you remember!

We relive some of the most iconic moments of the Knight Rider. KITT has an autopilot mode, the red LED’s flashing, he talks, he even has the “Super Pursuit” mode and “Turbo Boost” to jump.
Michael Knight has said in public that he hopes to reboot Knight Rider. He still isn’t sure how to do it. But this video is a great way to make us laugh.
